Overview:
Simply insert contents from the bottom and heat seal closed. Perforation must be torn open to access contents within the bag. Ensure documents and supplies are not tampered with in transit. Once the perforated strip is peeled off, the bag is super convenient as it features a reclosable zipper which provides them the option of reusing the bag and keeping the products fresh and safe inside.
On some of the bigger sizes we offer the tamper evident bags on wickets for easy filling. Wicketed polybags are considered a “semi-automated” means of packing as both hands are free to load and seal. The packs can also be mounted on equipment to help load your items into the bag, you then rip it off the wicket and heat seal. Wicketed bags are stacked plastic bags arranged neatly on a wire wicket and held in place with a chipboard header. They traditionally have a 1.5" lip but lip size can vary depending on individual needs. The tamper evident bags that are available with wickets list the usable space and the size does not include the extra plastic of the lip where the wickets are located. Most wicketed bags are packed 100 bags per wicket bundle.
