When will my order be shipped?
RoyalBag Inc. is dedicated in shipping your order the same day it was placed, if the order came through before 3:00 PM EST. We are capable in accomplishing this 95% of the time. We are your answer for getting bags pronto!
This commitment pertains to in-stock items during our normal business weeks, Monday - Thursday. Fridays we close early.
Credit card authorization and address verification must be approved prior to processing your order or the order will be subject to delay. Thorough and correct contact information on orders will minimize the likelihood of a delay.
If your order requires special attention, please make a note of it in the comments of your order. We will do our utmost to accommodate you.

With which carrier will my order be shipped?
We usually ship our orders with UPS or FedEx. You will be able to choose the service type during checkout. Please note: If shipping to a PO Box please make sure to choose USPS shipping when checking out as UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are based on the order weight and distance of the shipment. The shipping service you will choose during checkout also affects the cost.

Can I use my own UPS or FedEx account?
As a service we allow customers to use their UPS/FedEx account.
Sometimes this option is not available, for some products or from some shipping locations, and sometimes because of human error. In such cases the shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.

When can I expect delivery of my order?
Delivery Time is based on regular business transit days. We are bound to commercial carriers.

What does Mil stand for?
Mil measures the thickness of a bag.
2 Mil is the standard thickness, 4 Mil is double that, something like a freezer bag thickness and a 6 Mil bag is an extra heavy bag.

How are the bags measured?

How accurate is sizing?
Our bags are pretty accurate according to the size listed.
Industry standard sizes can be off by a 1/4 of an inch.

Can you print on bags?
We can print on the bags and manufacture bags to your exact specifications. Send an email to sales@RoyalBag.com specifying the size, quantity and how many colors you want printed.
We will then quote you a price for the printed bags.

Do you have a minimum order?
We value your business big or small. RoyalBag.com does not have any minimum order requirement.

How do I open an account online?
When you are checking out and you are prompted enter your billing and shipping information you will see on the bottom of the page an option of selecting a password. After that your account is created.
Every time you will return to RoyalBag.Com and enter your email address & password you will automatically be directed to your account. You can place orders and view previous orders once logged into your account.

If I am unhappy with my order can I return the bags?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a full refund on the bags. Please note that certain items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To process a return either call us at 866-686-7401 or email orders@RoyalBag.com.
Please state clearly in your email your order number and the reason why you would like to return the bags.
We will supply you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) along with our warehouse address where you can return the bags.
Please read our Return Policy before returning the bags.

Do you ship out of the USA?
We ship worldwide.
Please note that customers are responsible for customs and brokerage charges on international orders.

Water resistance of ziplock bags?
Our bags are not waterproof. If you would like a sample to see if our bags can withstand water feel free to call us at 866-686-7401. Please have your address and our Item ID number ready.

Why do I see my card charged twice for one order?
Your card was only charged once.
We attempted to charge the card, but got a billing address mismatch that might look like a charge.
The reason for that is, many banks, as it seems that’s the case here, freeze the money in their customer’s account for a couple of days and then release it back into the account.
