RoyalBag.com is dedicated to shipping your order the same day it was placed, if the order came in before 3:00 PM ET. We are capable of accomplishing this 99% of the time. This commitment pertains to in-stock items during our normal business days, Monday – Thursday. Fridays cut off time is 12:00 PM ET.
Thorough and correct contact information on orders will minimize the likelihood of a delay.
If your order requires special attention, please make a note of it in the comments of your order. We will do our utmost to accommodate you.

Bags are measured Width × Length. For more details, check out our guide on how to measure your bags.

The measurements of our bags are external measurements. All of our bags are measured in inches (1 inch = 2.54 centimeter).
Please note that according to industry standards, bags can be ± ¼". Therefore, we recommend our customers to go with a bag slightly larger than the product being put inside, to ensure an easy fit.

A mil is a measurement unit that equals one-thousandth of an inch, or 0.001 inch. To convert mil to inches simply take the mil and divide it by 1000. 1 mil also equals 0.0254 mm (millimeter).
2 Mil is the standard thickness, 4 Mil is double that (something like a freezer bag thickness), and a 6 Mil bag is an extra heavy bag.
If you are unsure on the thickness you need for your bag to package your product, please reach out to us for some free samples so you can make an educated decision.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a full refund on the bags. Please note that certain items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To process a return either call us at 866-686-7401 or email orders@royalbag.com.
Please state clearly in your email your order number and the reason why you would like to return the bags.
We will supply you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) along with our warehouse address where you can return the bags.
Please read our Return Policy before returning the bags.

We can print on our bags, and, manufacture bags to your exact specifications! Please fill out our Custom Bags Form.
We will then quote you a price for the printed bags.

Our bags are not waterproof. If you would like a sample for testing, please call us at 866-686-7401. All we ask for is your shipping address and our Item ID number!

We value your business - big or small. RoyalBag.com does not have any minimum order requirement.

We do not require you to have or create an account. You can simply choose "checkout as a guest" at checkout.
However, we strongly encourage our customers to create and use an account. Having an account provides for a faster checkout and access to orders and items history (with easy re-ordering buttons).
You can create an account by either going here and clicking "Create an account", or, when you checkout as a guest you'll have an option to create an account at the end of the checkout process.
