Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a refund on the bags.
To process a return either call us at 718.686.1120 or email orders@royalbag.com.

Please state clearly in your email the reason why you would like to return the bags. We will supply you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) along with our warehouse address where you can return the bags. An RMA# is valid for 30 days.

Restock charges are determined on a per order basis depending on the items in the order.

 

Note: Custom size and custom printed bags cannot be returned.

Products must be returned in original condition and original full case quantity.

All returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Any return missing an RMA number will be held for 30 days until the customer contacts us regarding their return. The customer will then be refunded for the bags minus an additional 15% restocking fee. Customers that do not contact us within those 30 days will lose their refund.

We recommend you use FedEx, UPS, or Insured mail with a tracking number to avoid loss and confusion as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

All related Fees (shipping, handling, customs and return shipping fees) are non-refundable.
