Shipping

RoyalBag Inc. is dedicated to shipping your order the same day it was placed, if the order came in before 3:00 PM EST. We are capable of accomplishing this 99% of the time. This commitment pertains to in-stock items during our normal business days, Monday – Thursday. Fridays cut off time is 12:00 PM EST. 

Thorough and correct contact information on orders will minimize the likelihood of a delay.

If your order requires special attention, please make a note of it in the comments of your order. We will do our utmost to accommodate you.

Shipping Carriers:

We usually ship our orders with UPS or FedEx. You are able to choose the service type during checkout. If you would like your order shipped via a different shipping carrier or would like to pick up an order at our Linden, NJ warehouse please email us at orders@royalbag.com or call us at 866-686-7401 and we will try to accommodate you. We determine the shipping carrier on large/heavy orders.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges are based on the order weight and distance of the shipment. The shipping service you choose during checkout also affects the cost. Prices are a direct live feed off the carriers website.

Transit Times:

Delivery Time is based on regular business transit days. We are bound to commercial carriers.

Shipping out of the US:

We ship worldwide!

Please note that customers are responsible for customs and charges on international orders.

To have your order shipped via a different carrier please email us at orders@royalbag.com with items, quantities and shipping address so we can get the best shipping quote for you.

Shipping on Customers UPS/FedEx account:

We offer the option of shipping your orders on your UPS/FedEx account. This option is not available on all items. In the event that we cannot ship on your account, we will charge the order for the standard shipping rates.
