RoyalBag is dedicated to shipping your order the same day it was placed, if the order came in before 3:00 PM EST. We are capable of accomplishing this 99% of the time. This commitment pertains to in-stock items during our normal business days, Monday – Thursday. Fridays cut off time is 12:00 PM EST.
Thorough and correct contact information on orders will minimize the likelihood of a delay.

We offer an array of carriers so you can choose the shipping option that best suits your needs. Orders will generally ship ground with UPS or FedEx. Small lightweight orders will usually have the option of shipping via US Priority Mail and larger orders that weigh a lot will be given the option of shipping via LTL Truck. You are able to choose the service type during checkout. Shipping charges are based on the order weight and distance of the shipment. The shipping service you choose during checkout also affects the cost. Prices are a direct live feed off the carriers website.
Delivery Time is based on regular business transit days. We are bound to commercial carriers.
