Our 2Mil zip locking bags with a white block and hang hole are a clear plastic storage bag featuring a markable area for writing or labeling its content. In addition to being able to label the bag they also feature a 1/4" round hole punch in the lip above the zipper to enable them to be hung up. The rest of the bag is clear so you can easily see what is packaged inside the bag. You can write on the white block with a pen, marker, grease pencil, or rubber stamp. This helps you to quickly and easily identify and organize the contents packaged within.

Made of virgin polyethylene, they meet all USDA and FDA requirements. Each bag features a prime quality zip that will protect its contents and a center white block to write on, for easy marking of its contents etc. The hang hole enables the bag to be hung on a peg or POP Just choose the bag that fits your needs, and we'll ship it out to you right away.

2 Mil is the standard thickness for Reclosable bags. They are the most popular thickness for zip lock bags and are used in every conceivable industry imaginable. Bag Construction

Our zip lock bags are side welded, which means the bottom of the bag is seamless, making product holding very durable. All clear zipper bags feature prime quality reclosable zips that provide a strong grip and will keep items safely held. They have an easy outer pull and hard inner pull, so items are simple to insert and kept safe inside once the zipper is pinched shut.

Easy Handling

The ribbed lip above the zip features ridges in it and an offset lip to make the two sides of the bag easy to separate, and make the bag easy to open. A durable zipper closure ensures that contents remain secure and allows the bag to continuously be reused.

Recyclable

These clear zipper locking bags with a white block area are reusable and #4 recyclable.

Endless Size and Thickness Options

With plenty of sizes to choose from, you'll find one for every situation. The sizes are listed width by length from beneath the zipper and do not include the lip above. We always recommend going with a bag slightly larger than the product to ensure a comfortable fit. Please note bag tolerances are +/- 1/8" on size, and +/- 10% on thickness.

Compliance

Our clear write-on, resealable ziplock bags are mono-layer extruded and made of a performance blend of virgin low density polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene. They meet all USDA and FDA requirements and are BPA free, making them safe for food use. Additionally, our bags are ROHS and REACH compliant and comply with California Proposition 65 and all applicable CONEG heavy metal restrictions.

Our bags do not contain any animal derived ingredients and are even certified Kosher

Heat Sealable

Our bags are heat sealable and easy to seal with an impulse sealer. Please follow the following guidelines from sealing temperatures based on bag thickness:

1-4 Mil: Temperature should be set between 230-250 degrees farenheit and hold for .2-1.2 seconds, with a pressure of 300-350 PSI

5-8 Mil: Temperature should be set between 240-250 degrees farenheit and hold for 1.2-1.7 seconds, with a pressure of 350-400 PSI
