The bag is produced of low density polyethylene which is known for its durability, flexibility and its' resistance to tearing. 2Mil is a great choice for light to medium weight items, and the 4Mil heavy duty thickness is a good choice for heavier rougher items.

Die cut handle bag construction
The sizes are listed width by length from beneath the zipper and do not include the lip above. The lip above the zipper, where the handle is located, is 3" in height. The die cut measurements are 1" tall and 2-7/8" wide. We always recommend going with a bag slightly larger than the product to ensure a comfortable fit. Please note bag tolerances are +/- 1/8" on size, and +/- 10% on thickness.
Available in 2 thicknesses to accommodate the protection level needed for your product:
- 2 Mil - Standard Weight
- 4 Mil - Heavy Weight
- 1-4 Mil: Temperature should be set between 230-250 degrees Fahrenheit and hold for .2-1.2 seconds, with a pressure of 300-350 PSI

Our clear, resealable ziplock handle bags are mono-layer extruded and made of a performance blend of virgin low density polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene. They meet all USDA and FDA requirements and are BPA free, making them safe for food use. Additionally, our bags are ROHS and REACH compliant and comply with California Proposition 65 and all applicable CONEG heavy metal restrictions.
Our bags do not contain any animal derived ingredients and are even certified Kosher
