3-Wall Ziplock Bag with Outer Pocket

These ziplock pouch bags have a 3rd layer of plastic on one side of the bag, so you can secure and protect your product within the zipper pouch and then put your documentation of the product into the outer pouch. This way the documents are easily accessed without the need to touch the product inside the bag

Bag Construction
The main compartment is the primary section of the bag and is secured with a zip-lock closure designed to hold the main items. Attached to that on the outside of the bag is the integrated Pouch/Pocket which is attached to the exterior of the bag, providing a separate space for related paperwork. The pouch height is a bit shorter than the bag height and starts shortly beneath the zipper.
Our zip lock bags are side welded and very durable. All clear zipper bags feature prime quality reclosable zips that provide a strong grip and will keep items safely held. They have an easy outer pull and hard inner pull, so items are simple to insert and kept safe inside once the zipper is pinched shut.
Bags have a tail where all 3 walls are sealed together. For those who do not want a tail, we create it as a 4-wall bag, The way it's done is that the bag is created longer and folded and sealed upward, our 3x4 size pouch bag is made that way.
Easy Handling
The ribbed lip above the zip features ridges in it and an offset lip to make the two sides of the bag easy to separate, and make the bag easy to open. A durable zipper closure ensures that contents remain secure and allows the bag to continuously be reused.Recyclable

Endless Size Options
With plenty of sizes to choose from, you'll find one for every situation. The sizes are listed width by length from beneath the zipper and do not include the lip above. We always recommend going with a bag slightly larger than the product to ensure a comfortable fit. Please note bag tolerances are +/- 1/8" on size, and +/- 10% on thickness.

Compliance
Our clear, resealable ziplock bags are mono-layer extruded and made of a performance blend of virgin low density polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene. They meet all USDA and FDA requirements and are BPA free, making them safe for food use. Additionally, our bags are ROHS and REACH compliant and comply with California Proposition 65 and all applicable CONEG heavy metal restrictions.
Our bags do not contain any animal derived ingredients and are even certified Kosher
Heat Sealing Instructions:
Our bags are heat sealable and easy to seal with an impulse sealer. Please follow the following guidelines from sealing temperatures based on bag thickness:
Temperature should be set between 230-250 degrees Fahrenheit and hold for .2-1.2 seconds, with a pressure of 300-350 PSI
