Poly tubing rolls are ideal for high volume packaging operations. Tubing on a roll lets you make bags to the size you need. They are designed to fit any over-sized, extra long, or odd shaped products. Just slide the plastic bag tubing over the item, cut to desired length, and seal the ends for a custom fit every time. Our Poly Tubing is suitable for a wide variety of uses and is manufactured to exact specifications to ensure consistent wall thickness and superior clarity. Our tubing is made from a performance blend of LDPE and LLDPE material and are heat sealable. The plastic is neither side welded or bottom sealed construction because it's an endless roll of tubing. Our tubing rolls meet FDA/USDA specifications for food contact. The tubing is packaged on rolls with 3” cores (Poly tube roll converts from 1" to 3" core)
The clear poly tubing is #4 recyclable. It is useful to check with your local recycling center to see what types of poly bags they accept.
With plenty of sizes to choose from, you'll find one for every conceivable use. The sizes are listed width by full length of the tubing roll and are outer dimensions. We always recommend going with a tubing slightly larger than the product to ensure a comfortable fit. Keep in mind the size listed is the flat width of the tubing and not the circumference. Make sure when choosing your size that account for the full circumference of your product and not just by measuring the item's width. Please note tolerances are +/- 1/4" on size, and +/- 10% on thickness.

Our clear, poly tubing is mono-layer extruded and made of a performance blend of virgin low density polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene. They meet all USDA and FDA requirements and are BPA free, making them safe for food use. Additionally, our bags are ROHS and REACH compliant and comply with California Proposition 65 and all applicable CONEG heavy metal restrictions.
