Poly tubing rolls are ideal for high volume packaging operations. Tubing on a roll lets you make bags to the size you need. They are designed to fit any over-sized, extra long, or odd shaped products. Just slide the plastic bag tubing over the item, cut to desired length, and seal the ends for a custom fit every time. Perfect for products of variable lengths. With so many width and thickness options you are sure to find a roll that works for your needs.
Our Poly Tubing is suitable for a wide variety of uses and is manufactured to exact specifications to ensure consistent wall thickness and superior clarity. Our tubing is made from a performance blend of LDPE and LLDPE material and are heat sealable. The plastic is neither side welded or bottom sealed construction because it's an endless roll of tubing. Our tubing rolls meet FDA/USDA specifications for food contact. The tubing is packaged on rolls with 3” cores (Poly tube roll converts from 1" to 3" core)

Recyclable and Reusable
The clear poly tubing is #4 recyclable. It is useful to check with your local recycling center to see what types of poly bags they accept.
Endless Size and Thickness Options
With plenty of sizes to choose from, you'll find one for every conceivable use. The sizes are listed width by full length of the tubing roll and are outer dimensions. We always recommend going with a tubing slightly larger than the product to ensure a comfortable fit. Keep in mind the size listed is the flat width of the tubing and not the circumference. Make sure when choosing your size that account for the full circumference of your product and not just by measuring the item's width. Please note tolerances are +/- 1/4" on size, and +/- 10% on thickness.

- 1.5 Mil - Light Weight
- 2 Mil - Standard Weight
- 3 Mil - Medium Weight
- 4 Mil - Heavy Weight
- 6 Mil - Extra Heavy Weight
- Protection: Plastic provides product protection against dirt, dust and moisture. It also provide water resistance. Although we do not guarantee them to be leakproof, they are water resistant, making them ideal for keeping items dry during shipment and storage.
- Transparency: Made out of clear material, the item is visible through the plastic
- Durable: Poly tubing is durable and solid, making it ideal for protecting products during shipping and storage.
- Cost Effective: One of the cheapest packaging solutions are plastic bags and tubing. They cost pennies per bag and are much cheaper than containers or paper packaging etc.
- Heat Seal: Using an impulse heat sealer you can seal the plastic tubing to create an airtight seal. Heat sealers melt the plastic edges together for a strong professional seal. This also renders the bag tamper evident and it is clear when the bag has been ripped or cut open.
- Tape: Tape sealers machines use tape to close the tubing. They offer a quick and easy closure, but the seal may not be as strong or airtight as a heat seal
- 1-4 Mil: Temperature should be set between 230-250 degrees Fahrenheit and hold for .2-1.2 seconds, with a pressure of 300-350 PSI
- 5-8 Mil: Temperature should be set between 240-250 degrees Fahrenheit and hold for 1.2-1.7 seconds, with a pressure of 350-400 PSI
