RoyalBag is dedicated to shipping your order the same day it was placed, if the order came in before 3:00 PM ET. We are capable of accomplishing this 99% of the time. This commitment pertains to in-stock items, shipping parcel, during our normal business days, Monday – Thursday. Friday's cut off time is 12:00 PM ET. Orders that ship LTL may not ship the same day if the order is received after 1PM ET Monday – Thursday, or Friday after 11AM.

Thorough and correct contact information on orders will minimize the likelihood of a delay.

Shipping Carriers:

We offer an array of carriers so you can choose the shipping option that best suits your needs. Orders will generally ship ground with UPS or FedEx. Small lightweight orders will usually have the option of shipping via US Priority Mail. Besides the above parcel shipping options, we also offer shipping via LTL / Truck, for larger orders that weigh a lot. You are able to choose the service type during checkout. If you would like your order shipped via a different shipping carrier or would like to pick up an order at our Linden, NJ warehouse please contact us or call us at 718-686-1120 and we will try to accommodate you.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges are based on the order weight and distance of the shipment. The shipping service you choose during checkout also affects the cost. Prices are a direct live feed off the carriers website.

Transit Times:

Delivery Time is based on regular business transit days. We are bound to commercial carriers.

Shipping out of the US:

We ship worldwide!

Please note that customers are responsible for customs and duties on international orders.

Shipping on Customers UPS/FedEx account:

We offer the option of shipping your orders on your UPS/FedEx account. This option is not available on all items. In the event that we cannot ship on your account, we will charge the order for the standard shipping rates.
