Shipping:
RoyalBag Inc. is dedicated to shipping your order the same day it was placed, if the order came in before 4:00 PM EST. We are capable in accomplishing this 95% of the time. This commitment pertains to in-stock items during our normal business days, Monday – Thursday. Fridays cut off time is 12:00 PM EST.
Credit card authorization and address verification must be approved prior to processing your order or the order will be subject to delay. Thorough and correct contact information on orders will minimize the likelihood of a delay.
Rush Orders:
For rush shipments please choose an express option during checkout. If your order requires special attention, please make a note of it in the comments of your order. We will do our utmost to accommodate you.
Shipping Carriers:
We usually ship our orders with UPS or FedEx. You are able to choose the service type during checkout. If you would like your order shipped via a different shipping carrier or would like to pick up an order in our Newark, NJ warehouse please email us at info@royalbag.com or call us at 866-686-7401 and we will try to accommodate you.
We determine the shipping carrier on large/heavy orders.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are based on the order weight and distance of the shipment. The shipping service you choose during checkout also affects the cost. Prices are a direct feed off UPS website.
Transit Times:
Delivery Time is based on regular business transit days. We are bound to commercial carriers.
Shipping out of the US:
We ship worldwide.
Please note that customers are responsible for customs and charges on international orders.

Shipping on Customers UPS/FedEx account:
We offer the option of shipping your orders on your account for a minimal handling fee of $1.50.
