Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a full refund on the bags.

To process a return either call us at 866-686-7401 or email orders@royalbag.com.

Please state clearly in your email the reason why you would like to return the bags.

We will supply you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) along with our warehouse address where you can return the bags. A RMA is valid for 30 days.

No restock charge for the following reclosable bags:

Clear, Hang Hole, Vent Hole, White Block, Recycle Logo, Polypropylene, Specimen Medical, and Optical Reclosable Bags

15% restock fee:

All items not listed above

Products must be returned in original condition.

All returns must be accompanied with a RMA number.

Any return missing a RMA number will be held for 30 days until the customer contacts us regarding their return.

The customer will then be refunded for the bags minus an additional 15% restocking fee.

Customers that do not contact us by those 30 days will lose their refund.

We recommend you use FedEx, UPS, or Insured mail with a tracking number to avoid loss and confusion as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

All related Fee’s (shipping, handling, customs and return shipping fees) are non-refundable.
